I’m a Tech Lead and full-stack engineer specializing in TypeScript, cloud-native architecture, and AI-driven systems. I operate at the intersection of technology strategy and hands-on engineering—turning complex enterprise challenges into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
At The LEGO Group, I led a 10+ engineer product team responsible for the architecture and lifecycle of 25+ employee-facing workplace applications. I define long-term technical strategy, drive architectural standards, and ensure scalability, security, and cost-efficiency across our application portfolio. I work closely with product and business leadership to translate strategic initiatives into clear technical direction and executable roadmaps.
My background spans building multi-tenant cloud-native platforms from scratch, designing REST and event-driven systems, and leading Infrastructure-as-Code initiatives across AWS and Azure. I’ve worked across frontend, backend, mobile, and DevOps—giving me strong end-to-end ownership and system-level thinking.
I’m particularly passionate about AI-powered products. I initiated and prototyped an enterprise multi-modal AI assistant (RAG + tool orchestration) that evolved into LEGO Me (2025), helping shape how AI integrates into internal workflows at scale.
Beyond architecture, I care deeply about growing teams and engineering culture. I’ve helped scale teams from 2 to 10+ engineers, mentored developers, and established sustainable engineering practices that balance speed with long-term quality.
